Kerry Taff
Solicitor and Director
Kerry qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and specialises in Residential and Commercial Property. Kerry joined Kieran Clarke Green in June 2017 as a solicitor and Head of the Conveyancing department. Kerry was appointed as a Director at Kieran Clarke Green in October 2022. Kerry deals with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold property.
Karen Gibson
Legal Assistant
Karen is a Legal Assistant within our Conveyancing Department. Karen supports with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers and mortgages.
Joanne Ross
Conveyancing Executive
Joanne joined Kieran Clarke Green in 2016 and started working as a Paralegal in the Conveyancing Department in December 2018. Joanne then began working towards her Licensed Conveyancer Qualification, qualifying as a Conveyancing Technician in February 2023. Joanne is currently working on finishing the course and to qualify as a Licenced Conveyancer. Joanne is experienced in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing.

Laura is a Legal Assistant within our Conveyancing Department. Laura supports with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers and mortgages.
