Complete Package

On the basis your divorce is undefended, our Complete Package includes all steps from initial meeting through to Decree Absolute at the end of the divorce process. One of our Specialist Family Lawyers will file all of the forms and process any correspondence from the Court on your behalf.

Fees - £450 plus VAT paid in 2 instalments, £225 +vat at the outset plus court fees which can be found on the website at www.justice.gov.uk/courts/fees and a further £225 +vat when we apply for the Decree Nisi.

You may be exempt from paying the Court fees if you are on benefits or have a low income, we can advise you in respect of this.
